What do we know?

Round 1 of our patent lawsuits provided some credibility as a result of settlements from all lawsuits.

Round 2 resulted in a Markman ruling that was unfavorable with minimum settlement amonts and called for a reexam of the primary patents.

774 has been revised based on the reexam

737 result is still pending

What we don't know:

With a resolution of 747 and 737, they will have to be put to the acid test based on the next round of lawsuits.

Will they prevail in court?

Can we expect future settlements and if so, will they be significant amounts?
