Apple claims Samsung stole its tech. Samsung claims Apple stole its tech

Samsung states that it's devices have been based on a 10 year old industry standard.

WHO SETTLED PURCHASED A LICENSING RIGHTS FROM EDIG FOR IT'S TECH OF LAST 10 YEARS WITH CONTINGENCIES??????
