Wencor?

It’s reasonable to assume that it’ll be EDIG to turn Wencor down since (as I think was stated before) that would require pulling engineers off of other projects. Without any guarantee from Wencor regarding the size and timing of orders (how could they if they didn’t have a customer yet?), EDIG can’t afford to waste the time or risk the development cost.
EDIG should be well aware by now that spinning their wheels developing various products without valuable commitments from their partners/customers has often failed to generate revenue. I believe they’re trying to be more careful in managing their risk and putting development efforts only into those projects which would have the best chance of paying off in the end.
The digEsystem has questionable value and marketability unless and until Wencor can prove otherwise. Meanwhile, EDIG may well be wise to pass on it.
