The rejections, of base claims(as opposed to non base claims) 1 and 19 have been withdrawn. With that rejection withdrawal....no amended issues need be imposed on 1 and 19. This is now part of the prosecution record.

Thing is, @ the content between the patent examiner and e.Digital, new base claims have been created ....claim 33 and 34 that replace 1 and 19. These new claims are detailed beyond the original scope of 1 and 19.

This is being done more to what e.Digital would like, because, IMO, they do not have to do anything with 1 and 19 if they do not want to.
