"If the company surprises us with a new "product" to be sold in the CE field, I will get on my hands and knees and thank Fred...lol!!! Don't read into that comment either Mr e...lol."

"They wouldn't dare.....unless they cornered the market for lithium. :>):>):>):>):>):>) '

FWIW

What if the product is not CE, but a processor platform consideration for CE? This is more their line, however, something hinders them from straight out offering.

They can package their controller methods....IMO, the approval of the 774 patent will now allow for such a protected level of offering.

control circuity21 and micro-controller21(identified as complete encompassing package in the patent) are now tied.

All they need now is the security patent approved to make it solid....the devices driven are not as important....though they have 774 firsts in specific circuit issues....a circuit is a device.

The importance of flash memory, as to use, comes at a very different level of importance beyond being identified simply as a device, as to what they can do with it, or any other memory. The 737 re -exam is important for this use issue...because it is tied more to the format of the memory in spelling out a use of the memory.

774 is important as a processor consideration....and those are the issues they are attacking in their legal efforts.....control circuitry / processing.

737 is important in the format use of memory, specifically for detailing the bad cells of memory and organizing the non use of those cells.

108 and 445 are details of initial concepts of an operating system, then advanced into an operating system that detail many issues on the above.

There are many moving parts to e.Digitals offerings...built on a patented ecosystem. Some feel they can steal parts of it....others feel they can't simply just jump ship on status ecosystems even though e.Digital can interface them.

I'm as tired of it as any one....however, I will never "jump ship"....and will push for the underdog if I feel they have import considerations.

You do not just buy a company like this .....you study it. With that, you either like it or you don't.

If you feel the need to respond with a nonsense, or belittling attitude, don't bother responding.....as this post is not ridiculing you and my comments are not specifically considering you.
