Actually some nice overall numbers, year over year. A profitable year, albeit a weak 4th quarter, but not a surprise to anyone up to speed on the nature of their business model.

The pps reflects the cloud of the unknown USPTO status regarding the Flash-R patent portfolio and not the actual financial health of the balance sheet for this penny stock....no debt and cash on hand.

Now, if we can get a favorable result from the USPTO, the pps likely will correct, given DM gets this back on track. That would certainly be the first bullish event for quite a while for this stock and would make me a buyer.

Nunchi, though alive, remains a vague enigma.
