I hope that it works out as a win-win for both parties instead of being headed down the road for litigation.
Wencor has made a name for themselves as a result of the digEplayer. Why they would want to walk away from that design team is beyond me, especially in light of the digesystem development by EDIG.
I get why Wencor would want IMS, but since that did not work out, why roll the dice with an unknown entity rather than work out terms with EDIG???
Hopefully EDIG gave up the manufacturing side and locked the design and development deal.
We are all missing the same thing...but should know more this week.
