I think its more an issue of your inability to comprehend, on purpose, most likely.
Everyone knows Wencor tried to acquire IMS, which served not only to eliminate some of the competition in both the portable and embedded markets, but to acquire their intellectual property.
This was a move away from EDIG, imo. Since then, Wencor has to have either found another partner or come to terms with EDIG, since they are not a design and development house. That was born out by their recent announcement of now having a design and development team on board. Wencor was searching for an answer.
The only question remaining is, are we the answer.
