Assuming the 12 month goals slide from Sept 1 is mostly achieved, hopefully all, IMO there will be a SHM probably Nov before Thanksgiving. The Markman and reexams put a kink in the routine, the 3/14 webcast was to hold us over (my words) then by Sept there was enough to give us an update and be "introduced" to Nunchi.

Getting 774 & 737 wrapped up, DM does round 3, new patent filings hopefully approved, there should be enough to make it worth while...??

One thing I learned recently is the cost for a SHM is over $100K. I was shocked at this number, and the majority of the cost was preparing the proxy materials and postage...really....yes. Something like 65% were the mailings. Fred said the majority of share holders asked for the entire packet to be mailed vs printing it at home.

If you want to save the company some cash, sign up for electronic delivery with your brokerage firm to your email. I did this with Fidelity years ago and vote the proxy online.
