I have to believe EDIG did the engineering but that Wencor is trying to own it under the auspices of the digEplayer agreement they acquired by buying APS....then tried to get a third party to do it cheaper with no royalties due and payable...just my guess.

If it`s EDIG, that will be just dandy...but if not we will survive, continue selling digEplayers and move on to the E7 and kino devices and who knows what else.
