I think that having the patents validated is Strong for us.. I think that will make more companies willing to settle than go to a Markman...I hope that DM makes a longer list this time of 20 or more companies...with the validated patents it would make a buy-out seem not that far out as before...unless there is a Nuchi...IMHO
