If BOW is going with the original platform as you state then it has to be using EDig`s tech....EDig designed and built it for APS before BOW entered the scene. This is well after Edig learned its lesson on these kinds of contracts and insisted on certain items in a contract to protect its IP. I don`t think the original APS Digesystem was built by Edig with just a handshake.....

That doesn`t mean BOW will use everything, excepting any propriatory items, inside the DS as designed by EDig in an effort to go around any contractual items still in force from the APS days but then he would lose something....wouldn`t he, especially content approval....
