Well, your DD clearly shows the '774 reexam is terminated and a NIRC will be issued. Also interesting regarding the form EDIG submitted to the USPTO on 17 May 12, they didn't challenge the rejection of claims 2-5 and 18 but did amend the rejected claims 1 and 19. Also interesting is that EDIG added ten new claims to the '774 patent (23-32). Pretty cool.
