Who do you think spent a year from 06 - 07 doing DD to identify 174 claimed infringers? Who do you think spent a year from 07 - 08 doing DD together with DM, sold them on the deal for a contingency agreement?

As to him handing over the NUNCHI stuff and other IP, although it was not that simple, there is a long history of Pat's involvement with the Falk's, Norris and company. His ideas while being a retained private consultant becomes EDIG's property, thus the patents were assigned to them. Kevin B, and employee, is one of the co-authors..ditto, EDIG owns it.
