and if I recall correctly RP Speak stated quite recently that the reason for the impasse between EDig and BOW was something to the effect was EDig`s IP and the size of the resulting orders from EDig`s efforts..

I haven`t stated verbatum however what RP Speak stated at the time led us all to believe that negotiations between the two were STILL ONGOING and that EDig was NOT DEAD on the DS.....Someone pull that up and we can all reread it...
