If you recall RP Speak has told many stories to many people. Some, WE ARE NOT INVOLVED, AND SOME WE ARE INVOLVED...Namely me, so taking whoever sent you this post at his word means you are taking RP Speak at his word and we all have been accustomed to what that means. Perhaps RP Speak mentioned that to whoever sent this at the time when any negotiations between BOW were at an acramonious stage. I don`t know as SGE says.

I have a tendency NOT TO BELIEVE what that message says since BOW stated on the 17th of Sept that the Digesystem is BASED ON THE DIGEPLAYER. It was also noted that that APS and EDig unveiled their working model of the Digesystem at least one year ago.

RP Speak also said to me that ``EDig will have a presence`` at the WAEA. Why? Certainly not for the Digeplayer. Has another company invited EDig? I wouldn`t think so, if so who and for what reason? There is only one reason EDig would have a presence at the WAEA and that is through BOW and that has to mean the Digesystem.....

I may be completely wrong about this and if so will apologize for being so stupid as to believe pure sound logic.

Nothing else makes any sense unless BOW scrapped the Digesystem model developed by APS and EDig and is working with a new company to develop a brand new Digesystm. But that makes no sense since BOW has that working model in his hand and to start fresh from scratch would take time and content approval for a new Digesystem would have to be obtained from the studios mentioned in the 17th. of Sept. which BOW claims TO ALREADY HAVE. That means he has a Digesystem model in his hand right now.

You techies out there please tell me if designing and development of a device like this from the ground up and have it tested by content providers is possible in the time we are talking of?...I honestly don`t know...

Or perhaps BOW IS UNSING THE DIGESYSTEM CREATED BY APS AND EDIG A YEAR AGO and is saying to EDig.....STUFF IT....That I can understand from BOW in which case EDig will still be involved due to its ownership of its IP...Would it not? Or could it possibly be that EDig would develop this for APS with no contract for IP, just being paid NRE`s?

I have talked with RP Speak many times about this subject and KNOW EDig would never do something like that again, especially after the Fujitsu debacle. So I don`t quite buy that scenario either.

STill, nothing makes sense here. It seems to me that BOW would be very foolish to start anew on a project he already has in his hand just to have control and ownership of the IP involved. IN fact FF stated that to me at the SHM.

Also throw in the fact the we KNOW that we have the Digeplayer locked up. To sell the DP means BOW has to deal with EDig. Edig has stated many times we are still filling orders for the DP and have a ``good working relationship with them on the DP``

Simply put I CANNOT SEE EDIG BEING CUT OUT OF THE DIGESYSTEM....
