Interesting that Fred responded to my email of a few days ago just yesterday, apparently a day before the document on 774 was filed. I did not have to wait long though. His lips were sealed.

And a cheers to boot !

Things might just be looking up.

"It's my understanding that the document will be made public once it's filed. I don't want to take any chances, from an insider information point of view, and tell you when it's going to be filed. USPTO workload will dictate timeframes…obviously, sooner is better!"
