The confusion is brought about by the operative word ``we``. There is no reference to the timeline when they state. ``we have engaged a design and development team`` and edig has been engaged in the work all along on the digeplayer and perhaps the digesystem as well.

They also stated that “We have set aside millions of dollars for development and launch.” This would imply that they are controlling the development and it is doubtful that edig would receive fees in the range of millions of dollars even though the split between the development and launch was not specified.

They also mentioned that they were ``in the final stages of selecting our manufacturing partner,” This would indicate that the previous control by edig as to manufacturing was turned over to Wencor, or that edig was not involved with this version, other than an area of technology.
