They certainly having done 2 interviews and have come out saying in effect they know what he wants to see to get his approval.

I recall a question at the 2009 SHM how long this IP monetization effort would take to "conclude" or something like that. The reply was 3 - 5 years best of my memory.

If we use the TX 7 in Mar-2008 for our starting line, even 5 years is way off. It's anyone's guess at this point, but 5 - 7 seems more realistic now.
