At the end of last month and the beginning of this month I received PM’s on another board stating that it was the sender’s belief that I was Fred Falk. Since then I’ve received several dozen emails and PM’s to my Coyote account’s, asking, accusing and maligning me. Others have jumped on the bandwagon gleefully.

So at this time I have to admit…that these people are absolutely “Out Of Their Collective Minds”!!!

The person who initially accused me was Cassandra a long time edig detractor whose bio at another site proudly includes “Cyber Sleuth” as part of her description. The next person who jumped aboard was LawyerLong an attorney who if he is to be believed has written to both eDigital’s board of directors and to the SEC with these accusations. (I can’t imagine what he said, perhaps “Coyote hasn’t been posting so he must be the CEO”? LOL!)LawyerLong has made “outright statements of fact” saying I am the CEO. Others including jtdiii have been sending PM’s stating that I am the CEO.

Everyone should know that the other board’s primary existence is only due to the existence of this board on Agora. Many posts are copied from here and pasted there to be commented on derogatorily about both content and poster. There are many who are posting here among us with various aliases, posting one way here and in an entirely different manner elsewhere. There is at least one who has 3 separate aliases on the 3 separate boards. Some are so bitter & angry that they have become fanatical in their thoughts and actions and would take no greater pleasure than to see eDig fail so that they can be “right” and mock all those who “didn’t listen to their wisdom” IMO. Take this situation as an example of that attitude.

They mockingly call us “believers”. The truth is IMO that most of us know exactly what we’re doing. I for one don’t need saving. eDig will either hit or fail, it’s that simple. Management has made mistakes; they’ve also kept the doors open when “the vast majority” of companies of similar size and circumstance etc. have gone by the wayside. I give absolute credit to Fred Falk and the BOD for that. At least we have a chance! The others are long gone.

I wonder who would have the better case, those who’ve fabricated total fiction or those who’ve actually been slandered by them as a result of it?

As for the character of those involved? Any conclusions about people should be drawn from the facts I would prefer to let them be self-evident (and I think they are). Principles, not personalities as I read somewhere recently.

I appreciate those of you, who didn’t doubt, question or accuse. Good to be back. J
