That Virgin Atlantic airlines is planning to start allowing passengers to use cell phones on their flights. The thought is that many other carriers will soon follow. I do not know enough about the tech, but wonder if any of our IFE stuff could be somehow combined with this concept or could be of value to someone--just musing.
