"I guess we are back to the non-final final rejection phase for 737 also whereby we can minimally ammend the wording to satisfy the examiner and still possibly get an approval."

This is the first response by the PTO for 737.

If the notation "Final rejection mailed" means "non-final rejection"....e.Digital may not want to amend until they are pretty much forced to.
Responding to a "non-final" they can re-argue their original interpretation for claim issues, if they feel, with additional supporting details...as they did for 774.

Details of the amended to 774 could be the additional supporting issues..if approved.... not to have to amend 737.

The reason the 774 process is taking a bit .....e.Digital argued for its interpretation of claim terms until ...it could not argue anymore and all responses were played out.
