That's been the theory by a few here that we were not done with Samsung when we settled. 445 & 108 were dismised from the infringement claims and we cross licensed "certain" patents with them plus the one time fee of I think 1.2 Mln less the DM cut. Tricky business to bring suits againgst companies then try and sell the something later.
