Edig CANNOT JUST BE THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT HOUSE FOR BOW. When RP Speak and I discussed this aspect of working with BOW the main reason for difficulties between EDig and BOW was that of control...(as we all know) and that reason was ``if EDig gave control to BOW then it would, in effect, give EDig to BOW``. To design the DS using EDig`s technology by being ``HIRED`` by BOW would mean BOW would be ordering from a sub-contractor a device to its specifications that BOW WOULD OWN, not the sub-contractor, (EDIG)...

That would mean all of EDig`s future use of its technology for hospital, kiosks, etc...would be owned by BOW. It would also mean at the end of the ``design and development`` EDig would cease to be paid nor have any business or legal hold on BOW.

The only way EDig being the design house for BOW would be if it created the device and owned the technology and GET PAID FOR EVERY DEVICE MADE BY BOW.....

Is that what we all see here???? I hope so because just being ``hired`` by BOW as a design house means NRE`s and not much more plus losing it IP`s.....
