To the best of my knowledge, any VP or Pres rank, plus any HL regardless of rank, can enter links in Link Library, decide whether or not to make it a featured item in Pres DD until another entry replaces it, and edit "fast facts" in the HUB HOME tab at top left.

Note: every single entry in LL & PDD, updating fast facts such as O/S count a/o X date etc, the management tab and other admin type stuff, I am the only member here who has done such since Dec 30, 2010, which was month 3 after emit chose to no longer do it...and that does not mean anything offensive toward emit either, and he knows it.

I have made another change thanks to doni's help in the header.
