Do you recall Alan & Fred mentioning if Chelsey King had of been wearing a NUNCHI equiped smart phone and had entered a message she would be on her daily run thru the Rancho Bernardo Community Park to Lake Hodges and back, same time, same path, when she was attacked and GPS locator, ambient sound etc sensors kicked in, an alarm/text message could have gone to her parents cells indicating her routine was disrupted, folks could have called 911 for help.

It was an example of what one could program for their own safety.
