For sure the reexam firm has been stated "is on our nickle."

As for the firm handling patent apps, don't recall if it's the same firm or not?

They did say at the 9/1 SHM to "be seeking partners to help us fund NUNCHI's development."

Could we guess by looking at the financials closely?
