It is a 30 page report. However much is a repeat of the original rejection. The examiner basically states that E.Digital's interpretation of the power supply - Control Circuitry is a stretch from what was stated in the original claims, and he just doesnt buy into it.

It also appears that E.Digital stumbled by having the inventor at the original interview giving a statement, and then an expert at the second interview stating something different.
