They never have addressed the other 3 patents of the Flash-R portfolio.

I wonder if they have legs and if DM can maneuver around those.

I look forward to the official word to see if there is any recourse for 774 and the outcome for 773.

No fat lady in sight but the refigerator is almost empty.
