Falk: "we are now debt free."

Same O/S count since (I believe this statement is accurate?), no more requests of the share holders since the proxy request prior to the 2008 SHM to increase A/S by 50 Mln making it 350 Mln.....which I know is accurate, still debt free today....I was there..., not meaning debt free at that time because they were not!

Show me another OTCBB company who began in 1988 and is still in biz with no debt?
