I believe that you work your way through the process, working out the legal bugs until you are ready to take on, what might be the biggest infringer of all.

And if Nokia was an infringer, I don't see how Apple would not be one.

While Apple may or may not be an infringer, all signs point to them when considering some of the past infringers.
