Poster jonthezanman, his Wife and I visited RP for about an hour Sept 17, 2009 which coincidentally was 1 year to the date of the 2008 SHM.

We had not settled with Samsung yet, and due to all the board buzz here thinking maybe they'd just buy us I asked this question:

Joe: "What would the BOD do if an offer to buy us was on the table?"

Robert: "We would have to send out a proxy vote to share holders."
