The jist of the answer at the SHM when asked about the launch of edig.com (Inno Grp Site) was two fold:

1. The site was put up too soon, it was a mistake.

2. When IP developments warrant such, we will launch it.

Not exact quotes....but the bottom line.

So, the reexam we feel is due around mid-May. Is that an "IP developement?" I say yes...IMO.

If something with NUNCHI pops up, that applies right? When the 7 or so patent filings become visable via USPTO...is that another one?

Something has to give here sooner or later...lol.
