IMO, when the 18 month window is up on the 6 or 7 patent filings and we can see the USPTO documents, a brighter picture may appear. They are keeping this cloked for their own reasons and I am completely supportive of managements and the attorneys decision to do such.
Yes, investors are questioning if they will succeed or not...OK, fine. One either thinks yes, no or somewhere in the middle. That's an indivduals choice to own this thing or not.
As for past performance, past employees, past BOD members etc, that's exactly what it is, the past. I, like you, see them turning this around but ever so slowly.
Those that choose to whine and chew their cud daily...so be it.
