IMO, micro-controller21(control circuitry21/microOS) issues have proliferated the industry by copying the methods...

Some they will pursue, others they will not.

They have a focus large enough to pursue....and they are advancing their IP efforts.

If they are dis-positive over a decided interpretation of ....

"a power source coupled to the control circuitry for supplying electrical power to the device"

Their game is not over.....they are in the middle of advancement over those issues, and have current advancement over those issues.
