Remembering that the current RE-EXAM was requested by compnies who since filing their request have settled with EDIG, ( I beleive one was HTC?), I somehow do not beleive that the examiner will be re-writing the PATENTS to make them restrictive... You properly observed:

Of all the so called "Prior Art" facing EDIG the most significant in my veiw is the one that was filed by a Japanese Citizen, ( I forgot his correct name), but he abandoned his applcation. He never got his application processed and approved. It is significant that companies like Apple with name EDIG as Prior Art but not NAKAMORA? This is because there was NO patent issued in that case...
