It behooves those already substantially positioned (most of us here), and who continue to bet on a positive reexam effort, to buy on the ask and not sit at or under the bid.
The less stock available at lower levels, the higher the stock goes on good news. We all saw our EDIG portofilos move up significantly the past few days (60%...3----> 4.8).
Imagine an equivalent percentage move to ptsc, and recalculate your new portfolio values.
Given a negative result, then it really does not matter. But for all of you holding your positions or adding at these historical lows, and who still have hopes on the Flash-R patents having infringers to chase, why undercut your own positions by bidding it down?
It seems the MMs are willing to move it higher in anticipation of the reexam that is about to conclude, and also in the face of investors staying put at these levels.
Hope to see you all at .25 or higher on good news of a positive reexam and DM moving onto round 3.
