What you do not see, is the Dravic issue disappearing prior to the conclusion to the 2010 reporting, then dropping owner ship down to 5.1%.

Reporting for end 12-31-2009....Davric was reported....and during that year....it added over 1,000,000 shares. If Jerry was having realeaste problems then, Davric was not.

Whatever shuffle he did prior to the close of 2011 is of no real consequence.

What I see,..... Jerry made a move to anonymity.
