It's not that he liquidated......Jerry distanced himself from the Davric Corporation having had 7 million shares of reporting interest.

Davric is recently not part of his reporting interest, where that 7 mill short fall puts him under 5% ownership. With that, Davric purchased 1 million shares just prior to its dropping from view.....Davric was an interest building a position over the 4 years that I tracked.

As I see it, he is simply now under the radar.
