From the Interview Summary 1/20/2012, page 4, last 3 lines:

"Examiner Tran contended that the rejections recited in the prior Office action mailed 9/20/2011 are maintained"

"Agreed that PO's declaration may be used to define its position and/or to clarify the issues."

"Awaiting PO's response to the prior Office action for consideration."

So the examiner is waiting for a response. I think e.Digital has to respond in 30 days (my guess). Otherwise the examiner takes the next step with no formal response.
