Well guys, it appears that (as I stated awhile back) EDIG is in the lead position in the negotiation dance with APS/Wencor. As I suggested, it appeared to me that, based on what was said at the AMS and what I think I might KNOW, that APS/Wencor and EDIG were at a negotiation empasse at the time of the AMS. RP/EDIG laid down the guantlet by stating to shareholders that they basically weren`t going to give in re: EDIG`s IP. That act set EDIG`s position in stone. End of that negotiation point, breaking the empasse IMO. Things appear to have gotten settled based on what RP has now told Sunpoop.

As for APS/Wencor taking over manufacturing oversight; I`d bet that they`d like to do that, but are they properly equipped? I don`t think they are.

Remember, the wise manager (CEO or whatever) surrounds him/herself with the brightest people (not yes-men) to augment their ability. In this case, I think it may be more of a ``surround yourself with talented partners/suppliers`` scenario. EDIG has the talent....
