IN MY OPINION DONI is a really smart guy, and IN MY OPINION he knows what he is talking about, and IN MY OPINION I BELIEVE the USPTO will see the light concerning what our little patent does and where it is different from those in the past.

Now I could be completely WRONG, but my gut feeling is that a company like Duane Morris does not approach a law suit willy nilly, and they certainly do not take on a case without payment up front if they are not pretty darn sure that they have a leg to stand on. Now once again, maybe thes guys are not as bright as we think they are, or maybe they are a whole lot smarter than we know, only time will tell.
