I guess if Bill Gates is a shareholder and wants a position on the board, I would have to recant and agree that such a move would be beneficial...but I don`t think that was what the 120 shareholders were trying to accomplish.

And to clarify, as I see the distortion has already begun, I was not offered a board position...but was asked casually in conversation if I would be interested in such a position by a board member who remains on the board today.

End of story and really a non-event...and why I never brought it up before and never will again.
