Existing or non-existing prior art ....
e.Digital is attempting to differentiate its technical considerations from that of prior art having been exemplified as the same.
The exemplified prior art does not explain its technical considerations where the USPTO now has to consider one over the other.
What is more valid one that explains, or one that does not explain its technical considerations.
IMO, in this day and age, recipes and wish lists of ideas that involve technical ability should never be considered for patent publishing unless they have underlying technical considerations spelled out.
What makes them tick?
With that, e.Digitals patents are WO published as well.....technicals and all.
