Base on that, imo, the digesystem only goes forward in its present form if EDIG is involved. Wencor has three choices, the way I see it...

1) Go forward and find itself in a custody battle over EDIG`s IP

2) Not go forward and miss the embedded opportunity that they were ecstatic about last December

3) Find an alternate technology to accomplish the same function...

My bet is they come to terms with EDIG and we see something from that. As I recall, from RP`s comments at the SHM, parapharsed of course, ``if I had to look you in the eye, I`d have to say EDIG is not involved in the digEsystem``...

but IMS is out of the picture, so things could result in Wencor and EDIG finding some common ground that is mutually beneficial. EDIG is NOT giving up its IP, as it moves forward with the medeViewer.

We will just have to wait and see how it plays out but I still think EDIG might have a shot at being involved in the embedded system because I don`t see Wencor with many other options and the market is NOW. I also do not see that perspective as hype, but a scenario that has a very good chance of happening.
