Nunchi contracts BEFORE the reexam concludes.

They need another revenue producing division beyond eVU and the Flash R monetizing effort.

This time frame is within a year of its first NUNCHI presentation to shareholders and 6 months after their, "with any luck" projections for last summer contract announcements, not to mention 3 months after their CES 2012 presentations.

IMO, this is a make or break moment for Fred, monetizing the past (patent play) and charting the future (Nunchi/new technologies). If he gets this done then it might just be worth the wait.

It appears to be coming to a head, one way or the other.
