As for this years SHM....

I don`t think having a shareholder on the BOD adds any value to this investment. At one time I was asked informally if I had any interest...I declined.

I also think that until we get away from continually being focused on the past, we will have trouble moving forward.

With Wencor taking the role as that OEM we have been anticipating, a new picture is beginning to emerge. Let`s hope that we not only see this trend continue but that Wencor is joined by other OEMs selling e.Digital technology and products...kino/medEviewers.

It was clear to me, from the comments made at the meeting, that there is a yet to be announced OEM. The time is approaching that another product will hit the market, hopefully with similar results to the digEplayer, if not even better, because those markets play to a much larger audience.
