The insiders do have a stake in the company, including Alex Diaz, the chairman of the board....but nothing recent and, with the exception of Alex Diaz, nothing out of pocket, as far as I know...

but the fact remains that management has much to gain by growing this company and seeing the pps increase.

But, I concur, seeing them increase their stake right now, in light of their projections for continued growth, would certainly help the pps.
