IF EDIG uses a portion of the newly authorized shares to give Wencor a stake in this public company, which allows them to participate on another level to further generate capital from their growing business model, it would serve to add tremendous value to EDIG investors...certainly turning the tables on the concept that dilution is always a bad thing and adding a level of stability not yet achieved by EDIG.

Due to the interesting nature of the digEsystem turn of events, which still remains a mystery to most, it would seem there is much less risk in working out a deal along these lines instead of setting the table for what might turn out to be a fight over intellectual property.

And it would also be nice to see a Wencor representative take a position on the board of directors at EDIG...certainly something Atul should consider pursuing to further cement their relationship with Wencor.
