A formal written response to the last office action must include patent owner statement of the substance of the interview.
The request for patent owner statement can not be waived. Extensions of time aregoverned by 37 CFR 1.550(C).
Agreed that patent owner declaration may be used to define its position and /or toclarify the issues. Awaiting patent owner formal response to the prior office for consideration.
